Not everyone is a natural born leader. Occasionally you may find yourself at a loss when delegated with a task to oversee a certain group of individuals. You begin to panic. Your serene comfort zone has just been crossed over by a superior persona whom you regard with deep seated ambivalence.
There really is no reason for you to fuss and fret. Leadership is as much a skill as a talent so there is a great hope for those who know a zilch about managing people. Therefore, if it is a skill, anyone can learn the basics of leadership through constant practice.

In the Science of Getting Rich one of the most powerful concepts is the Law of Attraction Accelerator. What exactly is this? It looks complicated and difficult, doesn’t it? You can’t be further from the truth. It is actually a very simple principle. What do you do when you speed up on the road? Do you look here and there at the scenery? A normal person would concentrate on the road ahead. Now, using this analogy what would you do if you want to speed up on your way to wealth and success. FOCUS. Yes, that is exactly what I would do.

Right now consider some area of your life that you would like to improve in. It can be any type of activity; professional, athletic, scholastic, creative, etc. Got something in mind? Good, we will refer to that activity as X. Now consider which of these statements you agree with most:
A: People who are good at X are born that way; you either have it or you don’t.
B: The reason some people excel at X is mostly because of their drive, focus, hard work and persistence.

One of the key verses in my destiny is a verse found in Romans. When I first saw it, it gave me much direction as to what to do with my life. Let’s have a look at it.
Romans 12:6 (New King James Version)
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith;

Discouragement can block motivation because it’s difficult to see a reason to put energy into a project or interest when you feel fairly hopeless. When it’s gone, how do you get the drive back? When the juice just isn’t there, how do you become regenerated to your purpose?
Sometimes there are interests you may try, but a lack of passion leaves your heart uninvolved. In that case, do you really need that particular activity? Maybe you had an interest in sewing your own clothes a couple of years ago and now you have all of these unfinished projects just laying around. If there really is no interest in sewing, you have to ask yourself what will not hold your interest and be more energizing and fulfilling for you. Maybe sewing just isn’t your thing.

It was only recently that I have started a fascination about the power of the subconscious mind and began reading a lot of helpful books on consciousness and quantum reality. One such book that I came across while I was in the self-help section of the bookstore the other day was a book called Mind and Emergence: From Quantum to Consciousness, which is written by Philip Clayton.

Here is a problem you are probably facing right now, and you do not even realize! There is a fine line between wanting to succeed and actually succeeding. As you walk on the path to reaching your goals and achieving success, there are often obstacles you must overcome.
Two of the biggest obstacles are your own thoughts and habits. They distract you from your goals and instead of taking a straight road toward your goal, you walk a crooked path filled with pot holes and ditches. Most people have this one thing in common, and that is not being consistent in their actions.

So how do you grow your practice and become one of the 10 out of 100 whose income exceeds $100,000? One of the easiest ways is to form strategic partnerships with those who market to similar target markets and then create a mastermind group.
