Good Recruits Gone Bad

Do you know the difference between recruiting someone and sponsoring them? Haven’t given that thought before?

Now is the time to.

For a long time I never knew the difference in network marketing, what it meant to sponsor someone. I heard the term and thought it so mlm’ish. Since becoming a student of the industry I realize why we use the term.

To recruit someone is to just sign them and say “Go get’m tiger!” There’s no mentorship, no real help. Just get in there and start swinging. “Hope you make it!”

Secrets Of Mlm Success - Seven Powerful Questions That Will Explode Your Enrollments!

Here’s the first rule of making a presentation

“Your prospect doesn’t really care about you.”

All those people in the cars around you in the traffic… do you think they’re thinking about you? Not a chance! They’re totally focused on themselves and their own lives. They don’t even know you exist.

So don’t talk about yourself. Just give them the bare minimum introduction about yourself and why you’re there.

Something like:

“Hey, thanks for fitting me into your schedule. I know you’re busy. I’m really excited about what I’m going to show you tonight/today. It’s totally changing my financial future.”

Eliminate Emotion From Your Mlm Business And Watch Your Business Soar To New Heights

It happens all too often. Enthusiastically, you round up the names of people you think may be interested in your business opportunity. You agree with your sponsor to start working down the list to make your pitch. So you pick up the phone and call the first person on the list. All you get is “No thanks,” and they hang up. There’s 100 more names on the list, so onto the next person. They scoff, “You’re wasting your time and mine, buddy, get a real job.” Not what you expected, maybe the next person will give you a break. Again, they don’t want to hear what you have to say, so you give up and begin telling yourself that this is not for you.

Why Do So Many Of The 97.5% of Network Marketers Expect Different Results From The Same Actions?
By Jacob Adelman

I talk with many Network Marketers on a daily basis, and they all want the same thing…to grow their downline. Not all network marketers have the same goals, though. Some want financial freedom while others want to quit their corporate job. Others want just to make enough to get their product for free.

Throwing In The Towel? Read This First!

A few years ago my friend Stephanie wanted to lose about 75 pounds. She tried every diet out there, went to aerobics class 3 nights a week, and imagined how she would look minus the 75 pounds. Despite her enthusiasm, however, she failed every time.

She blamed the diets, the aerobics class, and her hectic work schedule. Worst of all, she blamed herself. I never saw a person’s self-esteem sink so low in such a short period of time. She cycled through periods of, “Yes, I can do this!” to “I’m such a loser,” every few months.

Who Really Is Your Mlm Target Market-choosing The Right Individuals For Your Downline

Should you get anyone and everyone to join your mlm downline? Will it work out for you in the end by shear numbers that you will grow a massive business with residual income by signing up everybody and their cousin. The answer is emphatically NO, and not without the proper training.

Don’t just signup in your mlm anyone willing and able to join. This will eventually lead to a long list of signups, and a short list of active downline members. Remember, you only, repeat only want those that will duplicate your successful efforts.
