Make a list of problems you wish were solved. I’m using the term, “problem,” loosely. It can also be anything unfinished or irritating or anything that makes you unhappy.
The Sacrifice Of Giving
When you think about Jesus, giving His life for us it is hard to relate. At least it is for me because I have never actually had to give my life for another person. However, my sister would have.
I don’t remember the year, what I do remember is the pain of divorce and losing my son to divorce. Getting over his loss and the loss of my home and wife was turning out to be an impossible task. I kept drinking and started to experience consequences to my alcoholism. By now treatment centers, hospitals and the police seem to be constantly in my life. I lived with my sister and mother and creating chaos was an everyday event. This day would be no different but I did learn how much my sister loved me.

Giving yourself a push in self-development, we need to have this push in the art of meditating. When we become stressed, depressed and just down our brain becomes very relaxed and it really doesn’t want to work with our thinking and body. when we give our brain the right exercise and push in meditation for self-development it will make you feel healthier, alive and give you the get up and go to be successful in what ever you do.
